The simple and robust design enables model BV ball valves a wide spectrum of use. The process version of the ball valve has been designed to meet the requirements of the process industry, in particular for natural gas and ggressive media applications.For applications with liquid or gaseous media, ball valves are recommended due to easy cleaning of the straight-through internal bore.The process version of model BV can be installed directly in the process pipeline due to complied specifications. The instrument version, on the other hand, is used as an additional shut-off valve in combination with the instrument.The valve design and the high-quality sealing materials ensure high durability and tightness.The ball valve can be mounted, depending on the installation conditions, directly onto a pipeline or in a control panel, or for the connection of several measuring instruments at the same location.The super-finished machining of the internal parts allows a very smooth and precise operation, even at high pressures and after long periods without valve operation. The surface finish is also minimising corrosion with aggressive media and makes it easier to clean.
The model HPNV high-pressure needle valves have been developed for high-pressure applications of 15,000 … 60,000 psi [1,034 … 4,136 bar]. The valve is particularly suitable for control panels, where the space is restricted, or for test benches.The non-rotating valve spindle prevents seizing and scoring, even if the valve is rarely opened or only partially closed. With the blow-out proof design of the valve, working safety is ensured, especially in applications with high pressure loading and frequent pressure cycles. The valve can be fully opened/closed with only 5 turns.The risk of unintentional loosening of the bonnet is minimised by a mechanical stop for the handle. Quick assembly and disassembly of the handle is possible thanks to the self-centering system. The valve design and high-quality sealing materials ensure long operating times and high tightness.
The monoblock has been designed to meet the requirements of the process industry, especially for natural gas and aggressive fluid applications. The compact design integrates one or two shut-off valves to separate the process from the instrument side and a vent valve.The modular monoblock design allows using an arrangement of ball valves and/or needle valves. For applications with liquid or dirty media, ball valves are recommended due to easy cleaning of the straight-through internal bore. The valve seat design and the redundant seals of the valve body ensure high durability and tightness. In case the soft valve seat fails, the metal-to-metal seat will ensure that the valve can still be operated and set to a safe position. The tightness is guaranteed for the connection between the process and the measuring instrument and towards the atmosphere.
